Anaerobic Tanks Manufacturing & Completed Projects
Technical Specifications
Anaerobic tanks (anaerobic digesters) are engineered biological treatment systems used for the degradation of organic matter under oxygen-free conditions. These systems are widely applied in high-strength wastewater treatment and energy recovery projects.
Depending on process requirements, systems can be configured as UASB, CSTR, IC reactors, or lagoon-based designs. Key design considerations include organic loading rate, hydraulic retention time, temperature control, gas production efficiency, and sludge management. Tanks are typically constructed from steel or reinforced concrete with corrosion protection and can be integrated with gas handling, mixing, and automation systems to ensure efficient and stable operation.
