The roof is fitted with a profiled steel sheet roofing system, and the exterior walls use black, white, and gray striped composite metal panels (suitable for ventilation and heat dissipation in tropical climates). The construction adopted a modular prefabrication + on-site assembly mode to shorten the cycle.
